Congratulations to winners Steve Kenney and Leslie Lindeman for their winning entries this time around. Steve’s version of Black and White by Regina Spector was beautiful and I loved Leslie’s fingerpicked intro and singing to Wonderful Tonight. Well done guys!
NEXT CHALLENGE: Peace
Funnily enough (and genuinely by coincidence) one of our winners this time around, Leslie, suggested a peace theme for the next challenge and I thought it was a great idea. No matter what your politics I think one thing we agree on is the need for more love and peace in the world so let’s celebrate that with songs that reflect this. They could be songs about peace itself, tunes that make you feel joy and calm, or maybe even an anti-war song. Have fun and see what you can come up with.
For this challenge I’m going to send the winners a copy of my Pocket Symphonies CD and/or badges. Just let me know which you prefer (and both is fine too!)
